Christian and DeLayna

Life long best friends, and both graduates of the HBCU, Kentucky State University, our desire to educate and empower young minds led us to graduate with our teaching degrees. As our passion for teaching, mentoring and working with young children of color continued to grow post graduation, we realized there was a serious lack of positive Black representation in education and with educational materials. With this large problem, we felt a pull to be and produce a solution. Not only did this desire to change the landscape of education fuel us, we had confidence in starting this business because neither of us were new to being business owners. Both cofounder's have successful businesses outside of this venture and used that knowledge to take the leap in starting this venture together!
